*Solidarity Fund for Ministers' Minimum Income Supplement Because of the PROK's local-congregation-oriented structure, there is a wide gap between rich and poor churches. In order to support ministers of poor churches, the PROK is establishing a guaranteed minimum income for ministers. All ministers are required to contribute half of their tithe to the solidarity fund.
