권능의 주, 만유의 하나님, 힘 있다고 자부하는 자들에게 당신의 경고가 들려지게 되기를 원합니다. 그들이 제발 “들을 귀”를 지니게 하옵소서. 약하고 힘없는 이들의 생명을 볼모로 도박판을 벌이는 이들에게 당신의 권능을 보여 주옵소서.
오늘 우리는 2011년에 4대강에서 일어난 홍수 피해들 속에 담겨있는 당신의 경고를 기억합니다. 더 욕심 부리고 더 방종할수록 더 큰 위험이 닥쳐올 것이라는 메시지를 전해 듣습니다. 주여 우리가 듣는 이 경고의 소리를 저들도 듣게 하옵소서. 타인의 생명의 값으로 배부른 자가 생겨나지 않게 하옵소서. 당신의 말씀을 들고 우리에게 오신 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
Lord of Authority, God over all things in the universe, we pray that those who take pride in being powerful may hear your warning. Please open their ears to hear your voice. Please show your authority to those who have taken the weak who have no power as hostage, gambling with their lives.
In 2011 we remembered to your warning through the causalities by the flood that occurred in the wake of the 4 Rivers Project. We hear your message that we need much more to control our greed and self-indulgence in order to not approach an even bigger danger. Oh, Lord! Pleae help them also to listen to your warning voice that we can hear clearly already. Let them not feed themselves on the expense of the lives of others. We listen to your voice and pray in the name of Jesus, who came to save us. Amen.
